This gives us an opportunity to discuss your hair goals and what it would take to get there, before your appointment.

  • Strand Test

    Previous colour on your hair but want a new look? A Strand Test is necessary to see how your hair will react to your desired colour formula and the time required for service. The test fee will be deducted from the final service cost. 

  • Predisposition Test

    Got allergies? Test for skin inflammation or sensitivities to product formulations BEFORE your service.  A small amount of product is applied behind the ear or inside of elbow and left undisturbed for 24-48 hours for any signs of redness/irritation BEFORE proceeding with service.
